A warm mix of brandy, muddled orange slices, cherries, sugar, and bitters creates a rich, aromatic base. Finished with lemon-lime soda and garnished with a maraschino cherry and orange peel for balance.

  • Glassware: Lowball
    • Add Ice Ball or Cube

      Regular ice can be used if an ice ball or cube isn't available.

  • Muddle in Shaker:
    • 2 Orange Slices
    • 2 Maraschino Cherries
    • 1 Sugar Cube
    • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
    Shake with Ice:
    • 2 oz Brandy
  • Strain Into Glass
  • Float:

    Pour over the top of the other ingredients. Most of the time you do not stir the cocktails when floating the last ingredient, but there are exceptions.
