Shake with Ice:
- 2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Carondelet Syrup (see Notes)
- Strain Into Glass

Notes:
- Carondelet Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup orange blossom honey
5 pinches Maldon salt
2 dashes orange flower water
2 dashes Madagascar vanilla extract
Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the water to a low simmer.
Add the honey and stir until the honey and water are combined.
Then add the salt, orange flower water, and vanilla extract and stir until dissolved.
Allow the mixture to cool before using.
